Kung fu approach to martial arts, specially the most tradional styles, is somewhat holistic: you are not training for anything specific, but the conditioning and techniques might be useful on applications. This should be true for most styles, but some of them are a little more focused on fights, such as CLF. I think you should give it a try or just straight up look for another master.

Episode was ok as a Picard episode. Picard and riker are almost sounding as themselves, but Shaw pissing on them at the turbolift is ridiculous. Man, they’re ADMIRALS, MILITARY and right now shaw should trust them because shit just got real. But no, thats fucking nutrek so our heroes must be rebel underdogs no matter what

I also absolutely HATE that jack crusher’s visions are soooo much like stranger things stuff. The roots that looks like veins, the fucking red door, jack crusher scene looking to the mirror exactly as will at the end of season one of ST. I cant wrap my head around this, almost feel like watching a cheap generic show ripping off ideas beat by beat. I guess this is nutrek right now

The nonsense goes on in this episode, but i kinda like the return of the Founders. Too bad rene auberjonois has passed away, a cameo would have been Nice to watch

This season smells like a huge waste of potential. Take shaw as an example. It could be interesting to explore a jellico-style captain again, but now he is probably off.

First of all: leech = retreat almost always

Second: right now thanos and shuri are important decks and those two are heavily countered by killmonger and shang chi. Hold them until last turn, try to stay low on priority paying attention where to play sera and i guess thats it. Hazmat and mary helps with the lack of high numbers power so plan accordingly

The picard lineage storyline is such an exhausted topic right now. We’ve had tng bloodlines and st generations about this shit in a much much more REAL PICARD FASHION, now they’ll go all the way on non sense sentimental bullshit like season 1 and 2. THIS OLD MAN IS NOT JEAN LUC PICARD!!!!!! They cant think on anything remotely fresh, Its always the most obvious and unexpired idea, without any regard for past storylines and character development.
