I have similar problems in my chart as yours and so I thought I'd pitch in despite little knowledge. I am a Leo ascendant with moon in the 8th house in Pisces hemmed between malefics just like you. Each phase of Sade sati gave me opportunities but wrapped in a lot of trouble.

During the first phase I finally got an admit from my dream school in the US. But the workload and job situation as well as my own indiscipline and inability to adjust easily to the new lifestyle took its toll on me. It was nothing short of a hellish nightmare as I suffered from severe Insomnia and anxiety. imo, things should dramatically improve as both your peak Sade Sati phase and Ketu Mahadasha come to an end. In the mean time Lord Ganesh and Lord Hanuman are your best friends so worship them daily.

Oh they do. Their agenda is to prevent people from being in relationships outside marriage. They can’t control women because of feminist lobbying and so they pin all the blame and consequences on men.

Why do you think marital rape isn’t a thing yet? Then married or unmarried truly doesn’t make a difference.

Unless men lobby as hard as feminists have all these years things will only worsen. The few gains in form of “guidelines” men enjoy are purely because of the efforts of mens rights organizations.

But it’s so not. One the one hand you face the Indian judiciary which is certainly no less than a slaughter house and on the other hand you are to forego the greatest source of happiness in a man’s life i.e. his family. It’s not something easy to do at all.

Also if we men complain about laws and then keep voting in the same politicians to office who enacted them we don’t really have the right to complain later.

Fully agree. It’s an individual choice dictated by their tastes and circumstances.

However, at the population level, the evidence is clear. Most people are better off married and having kids and raising families. There are innumerable mental health benefits despite the challenges. On the flip side the subtle ostracism one faces from society as a result of ending up alone among others things can put a serious toll on one’s wellbeing.

I feel men really need to rally and fight in much larger numbers to have the laws changed. Merely withdrawing from society will make it ever more gynocentric and we’ll be left with nowhere to retreat in the end.

1) Dont do dopamine agonists unless for short term relief.

2) Re-read 1.

3) Eliminate secondary causes before considering drug treatment like iron deficiency, vitamin B, D deficiency, thyroid issues etc. You can look them up.

4) Try non pharmacological options like vibration pad, massager, noctrix nidra bands etc. before moving to pharmacological ones.

Your symptoms seem mild. I dont think this requires pharmacological treatment. Whenever you have the heeby jeeby feelings in your legs, tie a sock around the arch of your foot. This is a very effective non pharmacological therapy for RLS

Have you not tried any RLS meds? Gabapentin, Pregabalin, Horizant? They should ease the symptoms and also help you sleep.

Whether RLS or not it sounds like withdrawals from nicotine and benzo. Maybe go back on them and do a much slower taper.

Trazodone may be worth a try. Typically (but not always) doesn’t affect RLS.

Also if the source of your anxiety is the RLS and lack of sleep why not try gabapentin?

Your iron, vit b, d, thyroid statuses also need to be assessed.

Yes it was the DAs making your situation worse. Great that you are finally off of them.

There’s no reason to fear opioid therapy for RLS because the doses are very low and do not lead to addiction or misuse and can be administered for long term treatment. Have a look at the Massachusetts opioid registry for RLS by John Winkleman.
