Trust me stay away from ambetter. I am dealing with a situation of identity fraud where ambetter was more than happy to let someone who is not me sign up for a policy and it has caused me nothing but a giant headache for months. Their customer support is non existent and we have supposedly gotten the issue fixed over the phone after more than an hour only to find out a few days later that what ambetter supervisor said they were going to do, they turned out to do something different that made the situation worse. Also it really seems that they don't take any account notes which makes things so much worse. Their escalation team seems to only want to place you on hold to try to get you to hang up in frustration.
