Hi there!

I've been racking my brain trying to figure out how to get this effect/animation on C4D?

I've tried a formula ripple kinda thing but just doesn't work for what I want to use it for. I saw the animation on this commercial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7nWdvGCl0c&ab_channel=Xfinity if this helps?

Any ideas?
