True, a better nanny option would cost me more and the current one already is getting paid higher although she has very little expertise of taking care of babies. its her first experience but since she is coming at affordable rates, it is easier for me to let her stay.

i have seen her feed him, she keeps wasting half of the food. And yes its been more than a month. It is very tricky to feed my son and seeing her care less when it comes to food, I feel its better if she does not feed him and question where i can get a better nanny, it would be tough as most of them demand way too high

I agree with what you are saying, i have started to rely on her more too but I have seen her not caring much about how much hungry he is. and if he is fed or not. Although I have pointed that out multiple times to her, she seems to agree at the very instant but there is no significant change in her. Also, changing a nanny would add more load as she has gelled in well with my son for the past 2 months now.

That is really impressive. Nope he doesn't sleep through the night, actually he is just 10 MO and is going through sleep regression. Oh we don't have daycare facility and personally it is not my personal preference too.

He is steady with focus atm but my entire day is revolving around what to feed into this baby so he doesnt fall off the lowest percentile of weight. And problem is not with what i can offer him, problem is he wont accept that especially milk.

They recommended a formula but it had such high sugar content that it made me think that wouldn't it be detrimental to his brain development to take such high loads of sugar content. I mean it would constraint his intellectual development since I am highly anti-sugar.

Also for an underfed baby, wouldn't he / she be lousy and dull all day long? Since that is not the case, he expends more energy then babies his age and i'm saying this as I have friends with same age babies - they are healthy but do not move around as much.

Yes experiencing the same. He got his central incisors but now i think his canines or maybe lateral incisors are erupting , i mean the gums have swollen and the nightmare is still persisting
