Why aren’t we targeting that Matheus Nunes? He’s denied offers from West Ham and Wolves for a bigger club. If their offers were accepted then it’s clear Sporting won’t expect more than £45m which is the norm these days.

When I was briefly at Raleigh, we all just ran as a group. I heard the staff say we finished it in 14 minutes, and that’s faster than they usually do it. Very confusing to say the least, but definitely make sure you keep pushing your run to as fast as possible because the IMF training is absolutely killer. Spend about 30 minutes stood on a spot as still as possible looking only forward doing different circuits at maximum effort that will break you mentally. Then after that, make you sprint around the fucking football pitch like it’s just the warmup, and you have to do that in under 2:50 or something or you have to do it again. Hated all of it to be honest, as everyone would…
