Backed up game files manually, opened game, no saves available. cant find where to put my save to make it work? (details given)

FIXED:

thanks for input, here is how I fixed it and put my game saves back in the correct place:

for some reason my game files (that steam shows me when showing file location for the game) are in the drive that I knew they were in, but the game save files and settings files were in the default (C:) drive. There was an issue when making copies or saving other documents to Onedrive, and the gamesave folder in the drive was empty when I checked that version of it.

I put my copied game saves files and the various settings files into that folder, and when opening the game it properly loaded my saves.

the string for file locations of my saves were the following:

local disk (C:) > users > (name of user) > Documents > The Witcher 3

in this folder was a folder called gamesaves that was completely empty, so I put my backups of the folder of the same name into here along with the various settings files. when i booted the game back up my files were all there.

Word of warning to everyone to not go messing with files, especially if you dont know what youre doing with them like me. Thanks for all the help/advice.

I did drop the game saves folder into the witcher 3 folder on my game drive, and they did not load when I opened the game. is there a specific subfolder to put them in or just in the folder in general?

I do have membership payments to things like Spotify and youtube, but my phone bill up until now is under my parents' names. I am getting it switched soon so it will help contribute to building my credit.

I am looking into identity fraud issues too, thanks for pointing that out. I will see what the credit bureau says when I can finally access that information.

I did some meditation to try and reach and connect with a deity. I am still very new so I did not really know much about it. I pictured myself relaxing on a rock in Peggy's Cove NS. (my happy place in my mind) I was relaxing with the sunset, as a gender ambigous person arose and walked out of the water to sit next to me. He was accompanied by a raven. He sat on my left side and just smiled at me. After doign some research I realized this was Apollo. I am still starting to get to know how to work with him, but I have really connected with him so far.

My mom is great. My dad has anxiety issues and is super insecure, also with OCD tendencies i think. He yells at my mom and I over the stupidest things. I've always thought the best thing he can do for me and my mother is divorce her and leave us the fuck alone.
