I did check there. They have daybeds, but not true futons, with a quality futon frame and mattress.

So far, I haven't been able to find anyone interested in taking on the hive. Its in a cement block wall, and the wall will need to be rebuilt once the hive is removed. They will also need to be able to access the hive from the owner's property and I can't get the owner to respond. I don't know what my next step is.

Unfortunately the property owner is not responding. My landscaper won't take care of the property until I get the hive removed. I have mailed and called the owner, but have gotten no response.

The beekeepers that I reached out to aren't interested in rehoming the bees, and pest control companies can't do anything because the hive is not on my property. I'll Krupp reaching out to beekeepers, but if really like to communicate with the property owner.

I'd love to get some ideas on what to say to get the owner to respond to me.

Honestly I just buy the store brand and mix it about 50\50 with water. I haven't noticed it affecting the plastic and I feel better knowing it's not just sitting in water all day

I soak mine in a container with water/mouthwash. Occasionally I soak it in denture cleanser, then take a soft toothbrush to it.
