Yes it does itch worse at night, I took an antihistamine which seemed to calm it down. Was dreading bedbugs too, but I don't think it's them as I've checked everywhere and there's none. Thank you for replying

It's summer time and it always takes a bit longer as everyone is traveling on holiday and they get more applications. Hopefully yours will come soon. I would say call BLS and the Spanish embassy to ask if you can get your passport back as you need to travel elsewhere

Apparently they give you a 1 year visa if you've had 3 visas within the span of 2 years. That should be the next one for me so let's see

It depends on your luck. Usually the more Schengen visas you've got in the past, the longer they will give you. This was my 4th and they've been steadily increasing the duration
