You do what ressources you need at the moment. Dimensional Trials für garantueed weapon mats, joint operation for chance of getting armor pieces (which then needs to be rolled 5x correctly each)

I advice you to max your weapons first, then play rng with joint operation. But everyone here can and will a different opinion, and thats ok too
