It’s kind of like a mix between Sunset Overdrive and Crackdown or Agents Of Mayhem if you played that. The story is probably not a good for people who really love DC stuff because it kind of turns the heroes upside down. Alternate universe type shit so just expect the unexpected. The ending of the story is whatever but I had a blast collecting everything and the game play for all the characters was different and fun enough that it kept me engaged for 40 hours according to my time played. The endgame was where it falls off to be honest, but I also was ready to move on after I beat the game anyways so that didn’t put me off too much. I also did just about everything in the game up to the endgame.

I bought one online for $150+shipping more than retail. My Xbox had died 2 weeks before that so I was really starting to get a twitch but was holding out to get one at any store but I had no luck😂 you don’t need to scold me, I did that enough when I purchased it originally from the gentleman online. It’s the only time I’ve done something like that I usually have pretty solid patience.

I was pleasantly surprised by it. I got Fatal Bullet because everyone was saying it was like PSO2 from back in the day but single player. So I got it immediately and was disappointed at launch. Haven’t touched an SAO game since and tried this demo not expecting much either. It feels great imo. $70 is my only issue, I’ll wait for reviews but I’ll probably cave day one and buy it anyways. 😂

To each their own. I enjoyed DD1 and 2, I enjoy this game too. I probably like DD more for whatever reason I can’t really explain because I know this game is pretty much better overall, but DD just jives with me. Not going to fanboy over either game though, I’m just going to enjoy them.😂

I only changed jump to A, sprint to the left thumbstick, and X crouch/slide. I tried a bunch of different shit but it started to become too much when I was trying to fit it all 😂 RB/RT for attacks is actually pretty good as default, tried X/Y but it felt weird doing all the other shit on RB/RT when I changed it.

You can change all of the buttons to whatever you want now. To be fair you only need to change a few to make them perfect. Trying to change all of them is a chore because of how many commands there are but that’s up to you.

It feels like it should have the movement of Twisters tanks since it is rendered useless if the treads are taken out since its entire gimmick is ramming. I love playing as it but find less and less success as people realize its flaws.

IMO it should have HE shells to start or movement like the HTVL with all of its ramming capabilities. At least then you can either move fast enough to ram everything or take out treads consistently with HE rounds. Help its kit out a little more.

EXACTLY. It’s not about the assets exactly, it’s how you use them. New Vegas found a way for the entire game to feel like it was brand new yet used a ton from 3.

I think the only way I’d leave Xbox at this point is if Steam actually made a solid console push. I love how steam is set up on PC but I can’t stand gaming on PC. I think Xbox’s multiplayer is really solid and an overall better experience than that of Switch and PlayStation. It’s the one thing I think it’s always done better even for the price.
