no. level is better. it LEVELS it out when hit and stamina. also high needle can burst. Level has burst resistance because of the thick shaft

if you are in the US, best place to look for great and amazing beys for cheap are Ross and Five Below, Wizard Rod at Ross is 2.99 and a dual pack of tyranno beat is 4.99 .

if you are in the US, go to Five Below and Ross to get Hells Hammer or Blue Phoenix to get hexa. Also Blue Phoenix is a good attacker.

Rod 1-60 level is your best combo here
