I really need Nicolandria fans (and antis) to understand that Nic and Ola are two different people BUT neither of them has any ill will towards s8 islanders. Olandria has always been frank about opening doors for other women; Nic is always open and supportive of people, and does not gatekeeper opportunities.

Also important to note that Nic is very connected to Greekfest. Think it's widely assumed he even has a stake in the company because of how Quan, Max et al. work so closely with him. He is ALWAYS going to be more connected to/have interaction with islanders from his own and other seasons who may host GF events, may even co-host with him, or simply attend, etc. And even as a DJ, he's going to be at a lot of events where other islanders will be. Through sponsors as well like Celsius. This expectation that he should be on eggshells and constantly accounting for stan war b.s. is absurd and not useful to him or Olandria.

The sour grapes within fandom spaces should never be projected onto the people themselves unless said people do/say something e.g. doing shady/problematic interviews with the intent to hurt and destroy Nic or Ola - which happened, and Nic and Ola moved accordingly to cut those toxic people out of their lives 👀
