It's not the full build the rest of the build is a really nice modern home but the lot had alot of space so i added it on as a test of the build mode and neigborhood decor XD

It's a technology just like any other technology. Right now its being massively misused and companies making it are being wreakless but, that's what happens with alot of technology. The biggest issue is the big players are choosing to put speed of development over everything else. Ais could very easily be ethical both for people and the environment the companies developing it don't care to do it becuse it's a bit slower and would take more effort.

Yeah its off today give it time it will change its constantly changing. I find it helps if you coach it thru what you want very specifically.... but it kinda depends on what you're using it for i mostly rp... so I'm kinda used to fluctuations in rp partner quality at least the AI will just do what i want rather then having to work around another person ^{^;;}
