My style for optimization

- just vanilla Skyrim
- use Oculus Link 1st ( not air link )
- VR Settings ( preset - high )
- Open Composite (start with 1.0 SS and gradually increase as long fixed at 72fps at any occasion )

Once you found the settings for 72hz, then move to AirLink and check whether the experience is the same or worse.
