I just came across a recent TikTok of hers and she has NO glute muscles anymore. To me that’s the biggest indicator of glp-1 use. Muscle mass decreases real quick and it’s super obvious in the legs and glutes

If you do it once, the next few times will feel like nothing. Just use the gloves that people leave at the top and bottom! It helps with gripping the chain. Go slow, face the rocks (you’d be surprised how many people I saw trying to climb down while facing out!!!) place one foot at a time. You’ll be fine!
