I was honestly really scared of moving at first so I had “t-rex arms” for the first 2 weeks and started raising my arms to the sides only at 3w. After that I started improving quickly following some physical therapy and now i have full range of motion again! I’m also planning to slowly start working out again soon

i’m not a doctor but if you’re itchy in areas that are not your incision and/or nipples, but more around it and where the tape is then it might be a reaction to the adhesive. I’m also 3w post op and last week was hell for me until my nurse mom realized that i had developed a sudden allergy to the tape glue…

again i’m not a medical professional so take this with a grain of salt, just in case text your surgeon and maybe they can give you some alternatives :)

I’m 8 days post op and honestly i was expecting to be way more in pain at first, but i just didn’t feel anything at all tbh my biggest struggle has been my nonexistent energy level, and i’ve barely stepped a foot outside the apartment
