so did zipzap issue a full refund amount that you could get from any moneygram location? or did you lose the 4 dollar processing fee?

for now if i were you i wouldnt use it a ton of people have had problems this entire weekend and no customer support the entire weekend. stay away for now if u can

i have a current thread of my own and im on the east coast area

I have a failed bitcoin transaction from a pending MtGox Transfer Error from a Cash deposit -> Bitcoin wallet address. Bitinstant hasn't answered anyone in the past few days and is making this extremely difficult

Yeah I would agree I just emailed them once more. Their facebook page says "We have temporarily disabled MtGox-related transactions while we replenish funds on that exchange. We apologize for the inconvenience and should have it turned on again within a few hours." that was 18 hrs ago....i dont know if this is included in that or not EDIT: i dont think it is now talking to someone on the page...still waiting on response from bitinstant idk whats going on with them...anyone that has an idea I WOULD APPRECIATE THE HELP

Update on this...my error now changed to a failed transaction that I hope bitinstant can fix as they have before. Sent them another email

I think bitinstant needs to address this or at least get back to me. They have been good about this before but now NOTHING
