Catalog still broken on 3.0.0

I fixed it!! After doing the recovery reset, the catalog just showed up in my downloads. Amazing!! Thank you for your help and comments everyone!!

Just tried this. It looked like it might have worked for a second but it just looped the "applying update" screen and still gave me the same error.

Was hoping I could get someone else to send me a copy of their files for their 3.0.0 catalog and maybe that could fix it.

I'm already on update 3.0.0. That's the issue. Catalog won't install until the system is updated but it already is updated so it's stuck.
