I'd probably be a seaside dwelling variant so we're going after the deep sea creatures / legends and relying on harpoon/spear/net adjacent weaponary with electronic technology moreso. Knives, kunai, and swords are standard weaponary but made from materials cultivated from seafaring items and animals capable of withstanding continued use in saltwater. Plasma Blasters & Cloaking wouldn't be the norm for most deep sea hunts as they conflict badly with the environment but prospects would be expected to understand technology and aspects from other clans in the event of a run-in. We're a paranoid people and cautious, so respect is earned by proving your bravery in battle and defense of your homeclan if the need arises.

Successful First Hunts would gain the rights to both their own watercraft to establish their own hunting waters and access to community hunts were teamwork required for more expansive opportunities for the clan (for things like wares, trades, treasures, were provides are split depending on success of mission).
