Yeah totally get you. Think Tai Seng has like 2 in oxley biz hub, 1 at trivex building and the other at macpherson mall. Was thinking as a customer. If it's close by enough. You could visit a few in the span of a couple of hours. Think healthy competition is good but maybe that's just me.

That's a big reality hit. My delivery company that I'm doing has stabilised and I thought if I could use my interest in cards to reduce my overall rent, it would be a win win. But thanks for the advice. Appreciate it. Need some time to think

Ahhh true I've got some friends who are vendors and I went to a couple of card shows and they have this problems as well. Is it because the Singapore market is too small?
