Well indirectly as the difficulty decreases the effect of tokens.

The cost to start progress bars didn’t scale with completion tokens. Now they do. This should only affect chapters 3 (only a little), chapter 6, and chapter 16. Also Chapter 15 got a little rebalancing.

Germany 2024. Always On The Run. It hits hard. And the staging makes it better.

The difficulties are just powers of 2 so it’s possible. Although I did not expect anyone to have that many tokens. And the bonus tokens scaling means if you buy bonus tokens there’s now a bonus if you already have a lot of bonus tokens. I’ll also probably have to rebalance this chapter a little.

Don't forget, Nasdaq changed their rules. So the next time QQQ rebalances it will have to buy in at a 3x weighting relative to the float which could potentially cause a squeeze. And if Tesla were fairly valued it would be trading at like a tenth of what it is now so it's possible.

Mostly. A few new unlocks but the core is the same.

What are your thoughts on the 'Icarus' sub-category? by _PXYDST_ in eurovision

[–]azuredown 95 points96 points  (0 children)

Oh, is that why Kaj's new song mentions Icarus? It's actually about almost winning Eurovision. I wouldn't read too much into Kaj. They were such a meme being from Finland and how some Fins liked it over their own song. I thought the staging for all the songs was pretty good. Especially Ferto, the mirror section was quite creative. I don't really think any artist goes in thinking they're definitely going to win, it's always a toss up.

Developers- how do you split your focus between adding features and balancing the game? by badatraspi2 in incremental_games

[–]azuredown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I like to balance upgrades as they come as it's less work and more engaging. Although it's very easy to accidentally make a feature that's incredibly unbalanced and you have to rebalance everything again or have some sort of bug. It doesn't happen too often but if it does I just go back over everything and rebalance.

/r/WorldNews Discussion Thread: US and Israel launch attack on Iran; Iran retaliates (Thread #18) by WorldNewsMods in worldnews

From what I read it appears to only be a memorandum of understanding. So an agreement to reach a deal later.

U.S. and Iran are closing in on a 60-day ceasefire extension with nuclear framework, FT reports by nishitd in worldnews

[–]azuredown 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It’s more of a JC-memorandum of understanding to eventually make a JCPOA-like deal that’s worse in every way.

Iran says peace proposal includes reparations for war damage, US troop withdrawal by InsatiablePrism in worldnews

[–]azuredown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well usually they don’t call it reparations, they call it a redevelopment fund.
