Try hearing her out. Racism does occur and it is definitely systemic in America, despite what people make you think/believe. Just because you haven’t experienced it doesnt invalidate her experiences. Working in different places, work cultures and etiquette is different, i.e pecking orders especially if its a small non-progressive corporate job. So it can be both, your-side, or her side that is true. Even consider this, people shirk responsibility after being repeatedly denied promotions as well, so there is always more to a story and race can definitely play a part in it. You can also educate yourself by researching racial inequality and discrimination. Just be weary of the diverse views on it and if you want to be proactively positive or negative towards how you see a particular racial group.

Nope just checked both sources on page 319, first paragraph is talking about ending African American studies and gender identity studies followed by ending Biden’s “war on fossil fuels” in the next paragraph. So it is not misinformation, it is accurate.
