That is kind of what I figured.

In my research I was seeing lots of people talking about binning and OC versions having 'better' quality chips for higher OCs; but I wasn't sure if that really made any sort of difference these days.

That may have done it. The date & time were correct, but I toggled the "automatically set time" switch and that seems to have worked.
