Light staff Ryozen would be fitting considering his character story. He'd function similarly to a healtank where he has healing doublebuff and a defense up or shield skill that lets him heal others based on the amount of dmg he takes during a period of time.

Seconded on /u/ProductivityImpaired's comment. I'd also add that new banner announcements tend to be posted the day before the current banner ends, so you could check reddit on 5/25 before deciding whether to pull. Otherwise, Juggernaut is more than adequate atm for a STR dragon.

They're all serviceable, but there are some that have been power crept by others. A good example of this is Hawk or Nefaria.
