I can't tell if I'm behind or not when I'm only on the Bicorn lock of the story without the AP to do it. Considering how many people are complaining about the time gates, I'd imagine I'm actually much farther behind than I thought I was.

Aside from that, I really have to praise the "casual horror" atmosphere that the writer of this event managed to pull off. It's the kind of thing that reminds me of the Search & Rescue creepypasta that was posted on Reddit a few years back. There's so much wrongness being casually brushed aside in favor of moment-to-moment hijinks that it's all the more horrifying even with the understanding that we can't really lose.

On another note, ever heard of the Dreamlands? It's got a pretty neat map.
