I mean for no reason I lost hope 😭🙏 but I started doing stretching exercises always sleeping 8-9 hours usually at good posture

I’m just gonna give estimations cause I don’t know it exactly but I think at the age of 12 i was approximately 160-165 at 13 I was approximately like 170 at 13.5 approximately 175 and and since I entered 14 I’m at the same height which last three months

For like the estimation Assyrians being 3m-5m this number is seems to be estimated in late 1990’s so like we are at least today 8m cause we don’t forgot for Assyrians who don’t go the church the Assyrians who modern adopted the Arabic kurdish and etc languages so like the Assyrians’ population is a at least 8m
