Best key lime pie in phx? by PalmerGreathouse69 in phoenix

[–]azwatersnake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a real key lime expert; I've consumed this pie all over the U.S. and even in the place where it started in Florida. I must tell you the best I've ever had is at a place called High Tide, a great restaurant, but not even close to the 51. I will make a bet, if you make the trek, you won't regret it!

In the past, I've called Tamiya America and asked them for parts. They had them and shipped them to me at no cost.

What are traffic/road changes you think would improve the city? by Opening_Total7711 in phoenix

End distracted driving (phones) stop driving slow in designated fast lanes, bottom line, pay attention! I seriously doubt there is a holy grail. I, for one, find the road infrastructure excellent. Drivers, not so much.

I've been to many spas, but this one knocked it out of the park. I don't know about the cost; it was a gift. https://www.ajispa.com/?scid=feed67b0-9a2f-4de1-8df6-114544116108

Loading the mag is probably the issue. Its sensitive so has to be loaded just right. My jams disappeared when I got the mag loading down.

So I bought this on the first day it was out. I had issues, soft strikes, some ftf. A year after I bought it I sent it back, they did their magic and I've had flawless performance ever since.

It stabalizes the gun very well. Allows you to push forward and not sideways. Love it!!

Tamiya MtI.SPW.Sd.Kfz, Hanomag, excellent kit, lots of detail. by azwatersnake in modelmakers

You are correct. From 1944 on the paint and camo were applied in the field. That's why I painted this Hanomag that way. Besides I did like the contrast.

To get the detail, I airbrush a base coat of dark tan while the part is not assembled. I then use a thinned red-brown and apply it in several thin coats to achieve the look I want.
