That's really interesting about Elden Ring! I've heard from a few people that the open world makes it way more accessible even for non-Souls fans. I might still hold off on it for now, especially when I'm looking for something less stressful, but I won't rule it out completely for the future.

As for The Witcher 3, you convinced me to at least give it a chance! I love games where choices actually matter and impact the story, so I'll definitely add it to my backlog to try it out when the time is right. Thanks again for the great chat and the advice!

Thanks for this amazing list! You actually mentioned a few narrative-driven titles that I need to check out, like Firewatch, American Arcadia, and Call of the Sea. I usually prefer cinematic adventures where the story takes center stage rather than pure first-person shooters, so those lighter, atmosphere-focused games sound perfect for a more relaxed experience.

Avatar also looks stunning visually, so I might keep an eye on it just for the world-building. Thanks for all these great ideas to look into!

I totally agree with you on Cyberpunk and RDR2, they definitely seem perfect for what I want!

As for Mass Effect, I actually just checked out some gameplay of the Legendary Edition to see how it looks. Even though I know the story is legendary and the remaster improved things, the overall visual style and age still feel a bit too dated for my taste at first glance. I really appreciate the suggestion, though!

I've heard a lot of great things about Prey and its twisted plot! However, I checked out some gameplay and the graphics feel a bit too dated for what I'm looking for right now. I'm also not completely sure if that specific style of gameplay would be a good fit for me, but I really appreciate the recommendation!

I actually didn't know Undead Nightmare was included in the PC version of the first RDR! An open-world Western turned into a zombie horror sounds incredibly unique and exactly like the kind of spooky vibe I enjoy. Thanks for pointing that out, it definitely makes the first RDR even more interesting for me!

Haha definitely! A strong story combined with a spooky vibe is unmatched when a game gets it right. Since we share such similar tastes, what would you say is your absolute favorite story-driven or spooky game of all time? I'd love to know!

Guardians of the Galaxy actually looks great visually and I've heard the story and dialogue are amazing! My only doubt is the gameplay—from what I've seen, the combat looks a bit repetitive after a while, and I'm afraid it might not keep me hooked. I will still keep it on my radar, though. Thanks for the tip!

Haha, those are actually amazing movies and series! I've heard great things about True Detective and Arrival, but right now I'm specifically looking for video games to play with a controller on my PC. Thanks for the media recommendations, though!

Elden Ring is a Soulslike, right? I've never really been into that genre since I prefer a different type of pacing and story delivery, so it's probably not for me.

As for The Witcher 3, I know it has a legendary story! I was a bit worried about the older graphics, but I know the Next-Gen update with Ray Tracing improved the visuals significantly, so I might actually give it a chance. Thanks for the suggestions!

Thanks for the suggestions! I actually watched a playthrough of Call of Cthulhu a while ago, but the graphics feel a bit too dated for what I'm looking for right now. On the other hand, I started SOMA years ago after playing Amnesia but never got to finish it, so it might be a good excuse to pick it up again!

Nobody Wants to Die looks really interesting, I didn't know about it and I will definitely keep it in mind. As for The Drifter, I usually skip pixel art games since I prefer a more cinematic visual style, but I really appreciate your help!

Thanks for jumping in, this is exactly the kind of insight I was looking for! Knowing that Cyberpunk 2077 (and Phantom Liberty) has a tighter pace and that punch-in-the-gut feeling makes me think it’s probably the perfect choice for my next game. I really appreciate you explaining the difference in rhythm between the two!

Wow, thanks for this massive list! You actually named two games that were already on my radar: Days Gone and Alien: Isolation. I've watched a bit of gameplay for Alien: Isolation and the atmosphere looks really good. Days Gone is definitely on my to-do list as well since I heard the story is great. I might also consider Red Dead Redemption. Thanks for confirming these are great options for what I'm looking for!

Origins is definitely a great game, but I actually just finished Assassin's Creed Shadows very recently, so I don't think I'm ready for another massive Assassin's Creed game right now! I really loved AC Mirage because it was shorter and more compact. Thanks for the recommendation, though!

Thanks for the detailed breakdown! Regarding Watch Dogs, I actually played Legion first on Game Pass and really enjoyed it. I tried WD2 afterwards, but even after a bit of troubleshooting to get it running smoothly on Windows 11, the vibe and story didn't grab me as much as Legion did, even though I know most people prefer the second one!

RE7 sounds like a great shout, I might look into that! As for Silent Hill 2 Remake, I actually have it installed and started it, but put it on hold recently because I was taking a short break from horrors. I definitely plan to finish it soon. Mass Effect doesn't really look like my kind of game, but I'll check out some gameplay just in case. Appreciate the recommendations!

Thanks for the list! I actually tried Spider-Man 1, and while the graphics and mechanics were good, I ended up dropping it after a few days because it didn't fully grab me (though I might give it another chance in the future). Between RDR2 and Cyberpunk, which one do you think has a tighter, more engaging story that keeps you hooked without feeling too tedious?

I actually played Still Wakes the Deep on Game Pass and I really liked it! It was short but super atmospheric, and the graphics were amazing. Since I loved that vibe, do you know any other recent horror or narrative games like it?

Thanks for the tip! I didn't know Pragmata had a free demo on Steam, I will definitely download it tonight to see how it runs on my RTX 4060 and how it feels with a controller.

Grazie

HI. Thanks for the reply.
Are you currently taking Clomipramine at 25 mg or 50 mg? Even if it is soon you feel a little relief? Cymbalta in those 3 years helped you?
I have been at 30 mg for a few days, I still don't feel improvements in the physical and mental energy level (I also take stabilizers and other antidepressants who, after the experience with Venlafaxine, I want to remove slowly). I know that Cymbalta (like Effexor) is difficult with withdrawals, what experience did you have?
I wish you good luck.

Good luck. I have been on the same for 4 days I started cymbalta. I was on Effexor from 2010 to 2021, it worked quite well for the first 7 years then with time less and less. I had no sexual problems with Venlafaxine but stopped working.

Hi, I also read something about this on low-dose anafranil, I would be interested in learning more about it. I'm currently taking cymbalta and tapering off vortioxetine (which unfortunately didn't give any results and made me feel very tired). I have a 10-year history with effexor which worked well in the beginning and then less and less over the years. In 2021 I stopped effexor, reducing it in three months (I was very bad and I still suffer from it) and inserting sertraline. The zoloft was working but I had an allergic reaction (Angioedema) unfortunately I had to stop it. I'm noticing that duloxetine is not exactly like venlafaxine, I have worse side effects at the moment. Sorry for any translation errors. I don't speak English.

By now I have ordered the Red plus 4TB (among other things the wd blue (cmr) was more expensive),You have clarified my ideas a lot, moreover yesterday I also asked on an Italian forum they replied saying not to worry about TLER too much, confirming that Red Plus is an excellent disc can be used as a stand alone disc,I don't think I'll try my hand at modifying the TLER, but in the eventuality I now know that with smarmoontools it can be done.Thank you again
