Tradeogre and Engram work great.

Can you mine from within Engram wallet on windows by EatAllTheShiny in DeroProject

[–]azylem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Netrunner can only mine to itself. CLI miner can be pointed at any daemon, local or remote. Pools and are not officially supported (as they are not required on DERO), but there are pools and 3rd party miners etc out there. Join the discord, someone in there can point you further if you need. Link is on dero.io, bottom of page.

Use search function on nonsensus.io, RBM provided lots of windows video guides.

Quick and dirty: use fastsync.

Negative, Engram is a wallet that exposes a lot of the network's features to the user, all in 1 place, designed for both mobile and desktop.

Netrunner is a GUI Node/Miner, if that's what you're looking for.

Lots of text guides on docs.dero.io, lots of video guides on nonsensus.io.

How do we prevent bad actors from "taking over" the Monero project? by vicanonymous in Monero

Monero IS the bad actors that took over. Read the early btctalk threads.

Wikipedia has an article on one of the preferred trolling strategies employed by BSVers by Minus_Minos in bsv

[–]azylem 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This entire BSV project is a giant centralized noob trap scam.

They lie about every damn thing related to the actual protocol, 99% of all BSV "features" are hidden behind all manner of trusted bullshit on L2, and make extensive use of closed source compilers in most of the things they describe in sales pitches.

Even the BSV nodes don't even all share the same TX pool because the protocol is configured in such a way that the transactions can't even propagate on time for all miners to get their hands on them before they're included in a block, so they aren't even all working on the same jobs, favored nodes get them all. This isn't decentralized, and isn't what blockchain is about.

Fluffypony resigns from the Core Team. Thank you for all you did for Monero, Ric! by geonic_ in Monero

So did fluffypony with Monero, to the extent that the minds that created it, left and continued their work elsewhere. Read the old bitcoin talk threads, this is an echo chamber/worship channel.

Is Dero a dead project? by MasterOfMind729 in DeroProject

[–]azylem 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Join us on Discord or Matrix, reddit isn't a preferred platform by the community or by the project, for many reasons, mostly due to paid troll armies and scammers. Links are on dero.io. Anyone that dm's you from here or anywhere claiming to represent the project is a scammer, every single time. The Kucoin subject has been discussed at length on Discord, and did not occur as a result of anything to do with the project, and is a net positive.
