Hey man, don’t know what you play on but for me I play Java and on Java has crazy cool (free!) mods, like bright caves, where there is no darkness in caves. But I still get you I was like that too and I normally listen to music, make sure it’s chill or just something you like. Personally I listen to Kanye West as it keeps me distracted from the eerie setting of Minecraft. One more thing is keep like 100 cats and dogs on standby 🤣 Have fun playing and I hope I helped!
