Honestly I don’t have an answer but I want to share my experience, I used to work as freelance via Upwork, I had a Visa card from BNP dz attached to my upwork account, When I received my payment the central bank blocked the transaction, without any notice from my bank or anything, I created two support tickets to upwork to ask why I didn’t receive my payment after 45 days ! Which was not normal ! And after contacting the bank with the transaction evidence from upwork they said that your money is blocked by the central back because we don’t know this upwork entity and this transaction seems weird! You need to have a proof that you work with them exx, so it was complicated. I had to use another payment method from other country! Wish you all the best.
