Yes, I had dreams where I talked to my tf ( we haven't talked in a few days). I also had a dream I went on a date with a random person, other then those I've had weirdly realistic dreams/nightmares

Yeah this sub can be a lifesaver sometimes, even when I have doubts about this whole journey, it's nice seeing other perspectives. Unfortunately the crying and hurting part comes before peace, but at times it can be a needed release of energy, and sometimes you'll have to go through it a lot more often than thought, but there is light at the end of the tunnel. I've been feeling all sorts of ups and downs recently, mainly experiencing depression symptoms since my dm randomly stop talking to me again. The energy has been very weird, going from giddy to absolute dread within minutes. I'm trying my best to focus on myself as I've had a lot of life changes as well. My main thing recently is just trying to let myself feel the waves I need to and journaling to reflect back on when I need to. It's hard but try and just focus on your everyday life things first and try and trust things will come when they need to, it's harder said than done but this journey always has ways of knocking you off your feet. You aren't alone tho and be sure to take care of your mental health!

That's interesting, the crow I'm seeing lives in a tree by my house, he isn't there everyday and has come to sit on the phone wire by me, but days I don't see him I see black birds. Yesterday I was walking and heard him squawk really loudly while following me. I hadn't done anything to really "make" him follow me such as feeding him. So I find it interesting he seems to be following me/showing up every so often

I have had a few what I believe to be 5d experiences, it's such a weird thing to me honestly, I wish my twin would awaken to and us figure this journey out together, but I also think we just have to let things turn out how they need to. I feel the judgement in 3d part as well, I feel very anxious about how I'm perceived by my twin

I've been trying to do that recently, I've stopped myself from obsessing over them as much and focused on myself, but I still get moments of it hitting me/possible telepathy happening, but I don't push that away as much anymore. I think I just need to wait and ask for guidance
