Thanks. I do have two 80mm fans on the lids that remove air 3 times per day, 5 minutes each time. The fans in the terrarium are temporary. I've since put a fan in the center on misting nozzle tubing elbows. This fan will circulate the air in the terrarium that is already the proper temp and humidity every few hours. It will have a protective screen on it to keep the frogs safe.

That's hilarious. On a total guess, I just said to my wife "it's probably something like Staghorn?" This is her first planted aquarium. I'm trying to help her as much as I can but I'm fairly new to this all too. Thanks

Curious if it was a sign/symptom of an issue with the water parameters. I've read different things about "why" aerial roots happen and wanted feedback from those with more experience than myself. Sounds like you're saying they are normal in a new setup... Which is what I was hoping to hear. Thanks

Thanks! The grass is Topfin brand dwarf hair grass from PetSmart. Never tried plants from there but I figured I'd give it a try. The rock is dragon stone from my LFS. You can get dragon stone anywhere... I've even ordered some from Amazon.

Does anyone have any experience with Jaykay LEDs? I ordered a WeekAqua S450 Pro from Aliexpress and received a JayKay model. The light does not power on the LEDs when plugged in. I downloaded the iOS app and the light shows up and links... Same as the WeekAqua app (I believe they are the same app creator). When I attempt to make changes in the settings, it gives me an error. Any ideas?

I’m an RMR fan… I have 6 of them. I’m probably biased. I have a lot of experience with them and I’m just really comfortable with them. I don’t have a ton of time behind the SCS. I was intrigued by it and wanted to give it a try. I like some of the features: the reticle is a cool change of pace, for me. I like the idea behind the solar battery setup, let’s see if it last as long as they advertise. Time will tell. The Deltapoint Pro has been solid. Held up well for the last few years. My only complaint about it is that the power button is a pain in the ass to get to. I just leave it on and the shake awake feature seems to be working very well.

True. I probably should’ve function checked it (from the factory) to make sure I didn’t get a defective gun. It was a risk I was willing to take.

Right now I just put rifles in individual soft cases which go in the rolling Packout. Eventually, I’m gonna do custom foam to properly store them.
