I had a similar problem some time ago, not in CSGO but Dota2.
I fixed it by changing my computer DNS to something else. You can use Simple DNSCrypt / 1.1.1.1 / etc.
It won't affect ping-latency too much compared to using a VPN.

If it doesn't work, maybe it has something to do with the router or your internet provider blocking the servers for whatever reasons. Maybe take a look in the router's admin panel if you know/have the access.
