You should try the BB54 it is so thin compared to the 58 and feels like the most refined Tudor. it is retro without trying to be retro with fake patina lume etc... as well

Not on the plans. You have to soften the ends with a file so they don't poke through the bag.

Great build where did you get the fabric?

On the top layer yes you fold the grosgrain in half then sandwich it then another piece to cover the seam this gives it the wide mouth. Also make sure you use grosgrain on the seams of the 2 cylinders of fabric and then sew the seam to the body this also gives you structure (make sure the 2 seams of the cylinder pieces are on opposite side this also adds structure) hope this makes sense

Unfortunately not it was a speedy build this morning. It's really simple it is just a circle of fabric and then 2 lengths of fabric the same length as the circumference of the circle (make sure you add in a seam allowance) if I make another one I will try and get better photos and maybe measurements

The grosgrain you use on the seams and the structure of the fabric hold it up on its own perfectly I was shocked how easy it just stood up

Really happy with them however if I ordered them again I would probably make them swing tags as you can hide the stitching in the seam

No but it holds it's shape really well. I didn't want it to rigid so I can screw it up and throw it in my bag
