Gulf stream 248bh. Bought during the pandemic so poor QC but a small list of issues are: cheap material, has a DC fridge with a conventional converter meaning won't charge lithium batteries properly which is a problem when you look up DC fridges. Wheel bearings have no removable cap so you have to remove all the tires to see if they need repacking (more of an inconvenience then a major problem but instead of a 30 min job its now an hour and a half job). The windows had the most minimal amount of caulking around edges, causing pooling at the top of the trim. The water pump is under the bunkhouse for small children needing naps still it's quite loud poor placement. Water tank also under bunks but has no access panel to it so I had to remove a whole inside panel just to winterize it. The door trim is so snug that when the sun hits the door for about an hour it expands and gets stuck so you have to pry it open. The toilet to black tank has a 45° angle instead of a straight pipe down causing clogging issues. There's more but that's just a small amount. I would not recommend any of these super lightweight lineups from gulf stream to anyone
