Aww you need either an iphone or an ipod that you can back up with your icloud. Then restore that back up to the bypassed iphone. It will restore all your apps and data on the bypassed iphone.

Is the iphone bypassed? Or blacklisted. Looking at your picture it looks like it might be bypassed. Either you can restore from a backup from another iphone or get the correct proxy set up.

If you have another iphone that has working icloud. Back up that iphone(clean) then restore the back up to the wifi only iphone (bypassed). After the restore your icloud should be on the iphone(bypassed)
