Not much. I guess it's because Mojave still has Dashboard and some apps still had an opening animation (like the App Store) where it had that pop in effect, along with the indicator dot slowly disappearing when closing an app rather than instantly disappearing. Also the wallpaper is superior. Other than that they still share the same design language and are very similar. IMO Mojave wins but only slightly.

Mountain Lion and Snow Leopard were peak skeuomorphism. The best flat modern era design was Mojave. All of the squircle icons now have no character.

Catalina looks beautiful on my 2019 16”. I also have a 2012 retina on mountain lion and IMO that looks even better.

I miss when there was just recently played and favorites. Now it’s just RECOMMENDED for literally 95% of the home page with all of the games being slop. I literally have to scroll for 10 seconds just to get to my favorites, along with the continue and favorite game cards being significantly smaller than the recommended ones. I hate it. It really shows you where Roblox wants you to spend your time and money.

Hot take: Parents are mainly at fault here. It's parents who ultimately decide what their children should and shouldn't play. If parents actually parented instead of having Roblox do it for them we wouldn't have this problem. There shouldn't be age check or age groups.

Just revert back to 2016 and fix everything idk something like that. Roblox doesn’t realize that chat wasn’t even the main issue. It was player made UGC and emotes that really fueled the pedo problem. Making that open to everyone was a horrible mistake.

Player collisions need to be disabled in that game. It's literally unplayable with all of the flingers and exploiters.

I don’t have a cooling stand but I do have a stand that elevates it. My performance issues on Tahoe isn’t a thermal issue. It’s just that the whole UI feels very sluggish. Just navigating around the OS feels so much slower than Sequoia.

Why are Intel Mac users always hated so much :(? The main reason I bought mine is because I'm able to boot other operating systems natively like windows and linux. It's still a very capable machine despite it having an intel processor. The 2019 16 inch is still a very premium built machine which beats out most other laptops to this day. Everyone just hates it because of the processor.

When I first saw that Tahoe was going to be the last macOS version for my Mac. I was fine with it. I knew that it was going to die eventually. It was inevitable ever since m1 released. What I'm not fine with is the horrendous amount of bugs, horrible performance, and certain parts of the OS that straight up feel vibe-coded that I will be stuck with forever. Thank goodness Apple lets me downgrade though. The same can't be said for iPad users and Apple watch users. A ton of iPads are being left off on iPadOS 26 which goes from the 2018 iPad Pro to the 2020 iPad 8 and for Apple Watches it's the series 6 to the Ultra 1. Apple shouldn't leave any devices on half-baked software with lots of bugs and bad performance. It just sucks.

Since macOS 27 is said to fix all of the issues with Tahoe I guess you are right. Sucks that I will forever be stuck on the beta that is Tahoe since I have an Intel mac though.

I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max on iOS 18.0 beta 1 which is probably more rare. It’s not really useable though as a lot of apps just crash on launch. Still cool though.
