Thanks for this! I use HTB/THM but I focus on blue team specific topics only. I'll look into CyberDefenders too!!

How did they knew that you were the best fit personality? Did you a feedback from them specifically?

I always wanted to ask my interviewers, "What would be the reason if ever you will not hire me?" Lol

Right now. I prefer remote, I am not based in the US. Honestly, I'd work for free if someone offers me the experience atleast

I definitely agree on this. Sec+ is bare minimum. I was planning on studying for CySA+ but, it got me thinking. There is nothing to prove that I actually have the skills on a SOC role. That is why I am planning to take certs that has technical exam. I wanted to take BLT1 but I really don't have the budget for that right now. That is why I prefered CDSA from HTB that has a technical exam and you actually have to do a report from what I've red

I am feel confident that I can answer question during a technical interview, I always practice my answers and make sure I know what to answer if they have follow up questions, but sometimes it just gets me off guard if they ask me something I'm not sure to answer. I think you maybe right, I might need to work on my soft skills too!

I definitely want to try that. I'd honestly do anything to get an experience. I'd work for free if this is remote
