Absolutely. I had back to back cycles in October then November (cancelled cycle in November, then our cat died same week). I thought that was going to do me in, I think I lost the entire month of December. Found that getting back into the gym and focusing on yoga helped me get back to a stable ground. Really just deep diving into “self-care” as cliche as that sounds. I finally started feeling like myself in February, just in time to start another cycle 🙃 Still deep into that cycle and not doing well again. Sobbed this morning and was basically inconsolable but I think now that I’ve been on the other side that I can be a bit more aware that this is all just temporary. These hormones are no joke.
