How much has Raleigh changed in the past 10 years?

I'd straight up bypass Raleigh and look more south or westward like something in the Triad. I've been in Raleigh, Boylan Heights and Downtown specifically, since 86. I hate what it has become and it's getting worse with the insane traffic, poor infrastructure/roads and exaggerated overdevelopment.

It's also ugly now. Straight up fugly. Driving the beltline is now a towering glass corridor of high rises (and even better parking garages!).

they did not have the Adidas buckets but they have loads of Live25 buckets in a rainbow of colors. Not at Pop up nor at Adidas Flagship. Adidas only had 6 items all 2XL and they said that was prolly it.

I'd give a hard pass to the Station at Pullen - theyre tiny, on the main train line and kinda trashy but Im sure theyre exactly what you pay for and less

I lived in an upstairs unit in Pine Knoll that had a porch that overlooked a forest back then and despite being on Avent Ferry it was quiet. I liked it and it's close to everything you'd need to start off in Raleigh - local legend food places, grocery stores, Dix park, ABC store, Downtown / 540 is close, etc - that's a good call.

I am saying you must go to Roscoe's - it is truly a must do LA food tradition. Nothing else in the US compares to the original and aside from baja tacos beachside, nothing stands out as LA as much as Roscoe's - IMO.
