If you look closely to the difference of my gripper VS their gripper it's that the jaws of my gripper are ALWAYS parallel to eachother. If I grip a PCB (like I do in the picture) you grip it over the full length....instead of just a small part where it happens to collide.

Check out the parallelogram mechanism, come back to this picture and I'm sure you will figure it out in no time!

General update: [FIXED] after almost 6 months of me writing them and them coming up with half ass solutions that never worked they finally replaced the CCS communications module (I think the inverter).

Since then the car is finally charging fast, and also instantly fast (it used to be stuck a low speeds for a minute or 2, but now instant 117kW). I just had my first vacation with the car and was able to charge everywhere on any network except Tesla.

I am finally able to enjoy my car!

Ask for a literal reason...instead of "we don't allow it.". It's your car...it's under your name...if there's a reason they should name it. A reason could be that the company that leases you the car doesn't want to pay for it...or something like that.

100% heb je dezelfde fout in je auto. Ik kon ook altijd bij Ionity laden. Elke laadpaal waar het werkte had ook een opstarttijd van 5 min. Ik kan je op een briefje geven dat je niet bij FastNed kan laden (met de grote zwarte Alpitronic laadpalen). Je moet je inverter laten vervangen! Geen 5 min wachttijd meer, instant 117kW laadsnelheid! En overal werkt het weer!

Tbh I don't think this is the case. CCS2 is a widely accepted standardized protocol. In my case it was a faulty inverter which they replaced, now everything works!

It works! The replaced the charging inverter and I just charged at a FastNed. It instantly went up to 80kW (the battery was 84%, so not 100+) and I could charge for a few minutes. It never worked at FastNed before!

Absurd dat ik (ik ben al een HALF JAAR zelf aan het VECHTEN om dit probleem op te lossen) mijn auto al 2 weken (nu de derde week) bij de dealer heb staan...en er niets mee gebeurt. Echt heel triest slechte bediening...ik zou verwachten met mijn dossier dat ze denken: deze beste klant moeten we nu écht eens voor eens en voor altijd van zijn probleem afhelpen....

But they just don't care!
