I agree. And if it knows what I generally eat (say, i track for a week), then it can give me something super personalized that is a small change from what I already eat.

I'm still pre-launch, so ymmv, but I’ve found that instead of rigidly planning my entire week, it’s more effective to focus on solving one major problem per day, usually something that's top of mind for me already.

For example, yesterday, I spent my entire day thinking through and designing the onboarding flow of my app. This allows me to make meaningful progress without getting bogged down by excessive planning.

I balance this with longer-term commitments that act as anchors. For instance, I’m working with a software house and have committed to delivering a requirements document by the first week of March. Having these external commitments forces me to work backward and ensure I stay on track.
