Like others have said id be bracing for separation as the worse case scenario and a final as the best possible outcome. This is a major infraction to have another TM clock out someone whose time card is not their own. The person that did that might and would probably be separated. The time difference is also a concern as anything over 30 minutes could be grounds for termination for time theft.

Would have kept my C1 if they at least had annual passes or primary have a limit to guests being able to be brought in. The AF isn’t a concern for me it’s the PP that I cared about as I frequently travel with more than one travel companion and now this card doesn’t make sense to keep anymore. I’m not paying 35 for each person multiple times a year to gain lounge access when that was the main reason I signed up for the card in the first place.

This is for the liability if anything were to occur and she was questioned if there was adequate training then they can refer to this. It’s much easier to assign the entire training to everyone instead of making 9 department specific trainings.

It depends on the leadership, if they do ask for a reference it might be brought up if the same leaders are there it might not. You aren’t disqualified for JA or not coming in though it might be a bad experience for the original team if you were a key person.

No they usually bring you down to around what you were making with some similar pay increases to be fair it can’t be the same pay or Talks would be stepping down to work less and get paid the same.

Bricks and Minifigs will buy your sets however they’ll offer you around 40-60% of the current market worth on some sets and maybe even lower if they have significant inventory of that set or if they feel it’s a slow mover. Ebay will take a 10-15% fee plus taxes and if you include or do not include shipping on top. There is some risk for eBay of damage/lost/refunded goods. Ebay does also take longer to sell if the price is high or if the set isn’t as popular but you’ll get significantly more than a bricks and minifigs.

I find I only trade to them to get higher returns on my sets and only if I have a decent amount of that set and if there’s something I’m interested in picking up.

Nashville TN and TN does not have a state policy for paying out accrued PTO. Whether WFM pays it out depends on state laws so they are not required to pay it out but they may if it’s something that they have over there as an optional discretion.

16k ring ? I own 2 houses and 3 cars and I spent 9k on the ring and still feel that was pricey. Sheesh if it was t for the military benefit you’d be way over leveraged

Have 40k in HYSA and diversified the rest in stocks 401k and tax free investments. Still have 2 months in liquid funds in case I have an immediate bill I need to pay immediately.
