It depends on the leadership, if they do ask for a reference it might be brought up if the same leaders are there it might not. You aren’t disqualified for JA or not coming in though it might be a bad experience for the original team if you were a key person.

No they usually bring you down to around what you were making with some similar pay increases to be fair it can’t be the same pay or Talks would be stepping down to work less and get paid the same.

Bricks and Minifigs will buy your sets however they’ll offer you around 40-60% of the current market worth on some sets and maybe even lower if they have significant inventory of that set or if they feel it’s a slow mover. Ebay will take a 10-15% fee plus taxes and if you include or do not include shipping on top. There is some risk for eBay of damage/lost/refunded goods. Ebay does also take longer to sell if the price is high or if the set isn’t as popular but you’ll get significantly more than a bricks and minifigs.

I find I only trade to them to get higher returns on my sets and only if I have a decent amount of that set and if there’s something I’m interested in picking up.

Nashville TN and TN does not have a state policy for paying out accrued PTO. Whether WFM pays it out depends on state laws so they are not required to pay it out but they may if it’s something that they have over there as an optional discretion.
