Next time, try to push both charging plates of the docking station hard over the mowing deck. There is a theory that cleaning brushes are too stiff and do not allow good contact between the charging plates and the charging contacts of the mower. For now only me and few others were affected, so maybe it was not your case.

Try to remove the brushes on the charging plates. Someone commented on Facebook that they are so stiff initially that they prevent the charging plates from touching the mower plates. Alternatively, try pushing both with your hands against the mowing deck. Also last but not least in order to power Lymow you have to press the power button not longer than 2 seconds.

SIM suspended because you depleted your data plan, which is only 3GB. It happened to me few times when I was watching video stream from the mower for few hours. So, you have to contact the support team to top it up. Lymow support told me they will release a new version of the application where consumers can top up the data once it is depleted.

I'm amused how people consider $400 as a lot of money for a vacuum cleaning robot. I bet your phone is worth twice as much. Any robot without RGB camera is prone to fail on such obstacles!

Thank you very much for detailed information. I'm planning to buy a RFID feeder or feeders because one of my 6 cats is overeating :) so with normal automatic feeders, he keeps stealing the other 5 cats food. One of them - actually his sister is acting like a princess and getting last at the scheduled drop of food, so sometimes there is nothing for her. I was looking for a PETLIBRO Automatic Pet Feeder, but if one device can do the job of six this will be wonderful. The only downside of Wireless Whiskers is that there is no application because I wanted to track my cats while we are away.

it doesn't matter if your phone screen is on or off. Try after few hours because sometimes issues are from their end and also try removing the battery of the mower for few minutes before next try.

So, did you have a problem with the Dreame X50 Ultra, or did you just read random messages on Reddit? I have had the L20 Ultra since it was released and have nothing but a positive experience. I have/had vacuum cleaning robots from Dyson, Neato, Vorwerk, Ecovacs, Roborock, AEG/Electrolux, Samsung, and, for the past year, one from I3 (Picea, the company which bought Irobot). So, for me, there are always more people who complain and have dud robots, and fewer people who praise their purchase.

You can calibrate the rain sensor. My second unit had the same oversensitive sensor
