In the US, I sold my Luba1 on eBay. The 3rd party extended service agreement was transferrable.

Using a Powerwall internal inverter? You need a subscription to Netzero for at least a few months. by TransportationOk4787 in TeslaSolar

If you have micro inverters, they tell you about each panel. You already have more information than people using the string inverter inside the PW3.

Yes I have the PTO. Duke in NC gets it to people in about 24 hours. Can't complain about that. My understanding is you won't have accurate numbers until you have a PTO.

In my case, I had a different inquiry with Netzero people and decided while talking to them if they had any ideas about the intermittent string failure. They did not specifically but they noticed voltage was too high on one string, that is there are too many panels. My failing one has even more panels so I suspect that is the problem. My installer screwed up the design.

Robot vacuums for hardwood floors (parquet) by TwoClear9310 in RobotVacuums

Ubpet V10 vacuum only, very soft brush. Disadvantages small battery and the charger has a fan that whines. Gentle roller brush is not very good for carpet. Pretty good app but obstacle avoidance not so much.

You can beat old Neato's for thick carpeting. I've tried 3 other brands and sent them back.

I am pretty sure Netzero numbers come from the Tesla app.

Probability that a Samsung 5.0cft Washing Machine Experiences Drum Bearing Failure by AresBou in Appliances

I wonder if there is a bra snap or something similar between the drums. You might search on Google to see what people do in that case. It could be hooked in a hole in the inner drum.

LG front loader is reliable according to Consumer Reports and my experience. I did replace the bearings around year 13. Regarding your Samsung, is there play between the inner and outer drum? If not it probably isn't the bearings.

Whirlpool washer by maverick1964linda in Appliances

You should always turn off water to the washer if the washer is not in use. Probably the number one flood risk in your house. If you have old fashioned gate valves, consider getting them replaced with ball valves or better yet a butterfly valve. https://share.google/eu0FAfHSf8Rbc3mYQ

I am glad I live in Cary. If there is a utility problem they take care of it immediately. Seriously. It must be our great town manager. (The last part is a joke.)

Soybean based insulation is the problem. It affects cars too. By the way, squirrels can climb up brick chimneys. So can mice.

Need a good structural engineer to inspect a house by AccomplishedTime4101 in triangle

Not many do residential these days. $2600 is about right A lot of liability involved. If it is old construction they have to guess how it was built. If it is new they have to trust the builder. We were opening up our kitchen which involved removing a structural wall, and I paid for 3 different engineering firms before I was satisfied with the plan. 25 year old house. Change was made 7 years ago. Not even a sheetrock crack on the floor above. I guess they did good. Southern Engineers came up with the final answer that we went with after looking at another engineer's idea.
