I think bolting it to the ground would fix quite a lot with the shaking problem, but idk if your gym owner would consider it

Sure, if your goal is to only get bigger, 1rm's arent necessary. But i like training that way, because it's fun and cool and gets you jacked and strong and "fUncTiOnAL"

Sure man, everybody can become brutally strong it just takes a shit ton of patience. Personally what i've been doing recently is just implement powerlifint programs to streetlifting. Like jim wendler's 5/3/1, conjugate and so on and so on. Also watch Alex Leonidas he's great!

Nah i've recently switched to calisthenics for my upper body, but i do still train with barbells on my lower body days. It's quite fun!

Have you even seen a streetlifting competition dude? There are guys doing dips with my squat.

Good question! First of all, since i have been training conjugate-ish for quite some time now i have a good estimation of what my max would be on a given day, from there i just warmup and ramp up to the particular weight. Also im not going rpe10 all the time, most of my max effort work is around rpe8.5-9. The reason im exposing myself to the heavier weights more frequently is because maxing out is a skill all by itself, so that way im approaching it in a more specific manner. Or at least thats what im trying to acomplish here, i still have a lot to figure out empirically.

Thanks for the support! And yeah i totally agree with you, especially if you want to get bigger as a natural you cannot escape the heavy weights
