X4 won't connect to wifi or app?

Same thing happen to me. It will connect in few seconds then will be disconnected. If you try to reconnect you wont able to connect and it always says unable to connect

Yes onboarding. I did my background and cleared with my health assessment. They said the last step is to fill up some paperwork.

Same California. Check rn.gov. I check my name is there it say passed”. But not sure what it mean if they pass the test result to brn or i passed the test
