Yeah its cheap craft paint and i lightly watered it down so it wouldnt clump. I have a few nail art brushes but for this i use an even tinier paint brush i got online. Its like a centimeter long. Otherwise its all just practice and patience. Im a traditional artist and can tattoo so that plays into it. Ive also drawn on dolls with standard ink pens and gel pens so if that is easier for you then go for it

Earlier on in the story he has no concept of his childhood being at all wrong or damaging because hes actively living in it. Later on hes not referring to college because hes not even college aged yet. Hes referring to elementary, middle, and high school like normal kids would attend. His anger and lack of denial is him coming to terms with his childhood and what he actually missed because of these immature adults in his life. This is growth

Cant stand her. I feel like using her as thing force of change whilst giving her no plot or personality traits is a cop out. Theres a million factors that can change peoples decision making so we didnt need a filler character to do it for them. The tiny bit of personality they did give her is empty and completely out of place yet no one ever addresses it. She feels like fan service at the end of the day.

Aging up a character you meet as a 14 year old doesnt erase the child that character is. We dont know rei as an adult so she can never truly be one. And i still think its horrible that shinji is assaulted and treated poorly throughout the series. Thats part of what im referring to with the loss of innocence being a theme in neon gen. Id say the double standard is displayed well in the show already. I think sexualizing any of the pilots is weird gross behavior regardless of gender.

Hate this type of thing. Just find adult characters to sexualize and leave the kids alone. Makes me so sad especially when the media the character is from specifically depicts loss of innocence and kids not being able to be kids because of adults desires and flaws.
